Job description:
1. Provide English course to students aged from 3-15 years, including regular cooperation with parents.
2. No more than 25 teaching hours work per week + 12 office hours.
3. Handle a range of class sizes, including 1 on 1, small groups, and classes of up to 20 students.
4. 5 working days per week, including each weekend.
5. Attend weekly meetings and training when required.
6. Plan and attend marketing and extra activities for students (reading corner, seasonal events, school camp, etc).
7. Read and record storybooks.
Job requirements:
1. Native English speaker preferred.
2. Bachelor degree, with appropriate stamps.
3. Criminal Background Check (CBC) certificate, with appropriate stamps.
4. TESOL, CELTA, TEFL or equivalent certificate.
5. Completion of Chinese medical health check.
6. Minimum of one year relevant work experience.
7. References from previous employment.
Job benefits:
1. 12,000 RMB per month salary (without accommodation) or 10,000 RMB (with private, fully furnished accommodation).
2. A bonus of 100 RMB for each new student that joins an existing class.
3. Contract completion bonus of 10,000 RMB.
4. Paid during public holidays and summer vacation, winter vacation.
5. One way flight ticket will be paid upon completion of contract (maximum 4000 RMB allowance).
